Yavapai County Parking Deck

Located in historic downtown Prescott, The Yavapai County Parking Deck is a two-story, enclosed and on-deck, 52,844-sf parking garage for the Yavapai County Administration and Law Enforcement Center. The parking deck has 147 parking spaces – 70 on deck and 77 existing below – including 16 sally port spaces and a secured entrance for transporting inmates. The upper level features a durable, long-lasting traffic coating to give an added layer of structural protection and surface longevity. Construction was completed while retaining an active sally port for the Yavapai County Sherriff’s office. The new parking deck provides ample space and improved traffic flow for those working and visiting the criminal justice center. Big-D Southwest teamed with Otwell Associates for this project. This architectural firm is the oldest in Prescott.
